We are looking for a Social Media specialist to serve as a conduit among our headquarter, our social agencies and our countries’ teams. This person will be responsible for organically grow the Candidate-1st international social channels in an organic capacity. You will need to posses an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things with minimal direction. Overall, you will be leading the work to put social at the heart of our communications efforts, and challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas and think of creative ways to engage new social audiences.
Identify the Candidate-1st brand spirit and its business model.
Demonstrably contributing to key business KPIs including commercial sales targets (related media buying throw social media) through collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues.
Creating and nurturing online communities – and a sense of community of Candidate-1st – through sharing relevant content, promoting discussion, engaging in conversations and encouraging interaction from users with the social media agencies.
Own the publishing, social media paid ads, moderation and ongoing engagement replying to relevant social platforms with social media agencies and countries’ teams.
Provide engaging text, image and video content for Candidate-1st users and potential consumers on different social media platforms with social media agencies and countries’ teams.
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand style and product content.
Ensure all content is fully optimized across relevant channels via tagging, linking and rapidly implementing any new social media technology.
Monitor and measure growth of follower count across international digital channels.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Understand the nuances and possibilities of each platform to provide content recommendations.
Discover and manage influencers and new media channels sharing same branding spirit with Candidate-1st
Strategize on how to optimize posts for higher engagement as well as follower growth through influencer-ran giveaways and paid social strategy.
Build relationships with key community members, primarily influencers, content creators, partners and other brand advocates.
Stay up-to-date with trending topics and viral hashtags.
Measure and report performance of all community activities with detailed data analysis, ROI and KPIs
